Terms & Conditions
* Bookings & Payment: All experiences must be booked online and paid in advance. Bookings reserve a specific time slot and capacity. Bookings are final and non-refundable. * Cancellations & Refunds: All bookings are final. Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. * Weather & Operational Cancellations (Outdoor Locations): Some experiences take place outdoors & are weather-dependent. If we determine, at our discretion, that weather or other conditions make it unsafe or impossible to operate at an outdoor location, we will offer to reschedule your booking to another available time slot at no additional cost. If no suitable alternative time slot is available, or if the experience is no longer being offered at that location, you will receive a full refund. This applies only to cancellations initiated by us due to weather/operating conditions, it does not apply to late arrivals, no-shows, or participant-initiated cancellations, which remain governed by other sections within these Terms & Conditions * Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. * Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of the booking. *Participation & Safety: Participants must meet age requirements, be physically capable of participating, and follow all safety rules and staff instructions. A signed waiver is required. *Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or remove participants for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund. *Parental Digital Waiver Requirement for Minor Participants: Participation by minors may be denied or terminated if a parent or legal guardian waiver is not completed in advance. *Assumption of Risk: Participation involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you assume these risks.
