* Bookings & Payment: All experiences must be booked online and paid in advance. Bookings reserve a specific time slot and capacity. Bookings are final and non-refundable. * Cancellations & Refunds: All bookings are final. Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. * Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. * Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time or forfeiture of the booking. *Participation & Safety: Participants must meet age requirements, be physically capable of participating, and follow all safety rules and staff instructions.
